If your child follows The Grade Elevation System consistently for 8 weeks and shows no improvement, we will redesign the approach, switch tutors if needed, or offer a full refund. We stand behind our system.
The 1-hour demo session is completely free. No payment is taken until you choose to enrol. There is nothing to refund for the demo session.
If you change your mind after making a payment but before your first session begins, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us within 48 hours of payment at hello@mathsvertexuae.com.
After enrolment and session commencement, the following applies:
After 8 weeks of consistent engagement with The Grade Elevation System, refunds are not available for change-of-mind cancellations. A pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the year may be offered at our discretion in exceptional circumstances (e.g. student relocation, serious illness).
